This policy applies to purchases from PÚSY and does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

30-day returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please obtain return instructions before sending an item back.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used brow gels cannot be returned unless faulty or otherwise required by law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We cover reasonable return shipping for confirmed faults or errors.

Refunds and return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Your payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Promotional bundles

To return a Buy 2 Get 1 Free bundle in full, include the two-gel pack and the free gel. Complimentary items have no separate cash refund value. Contact us about any issue affecting only part of your bundle.
